This page will give a short overview in english of the business areas dinHR AS deliver services.

 

All companies are different, and thus have different needs. We have taken this into account and offer the service HR partner. dinHR takes care of your HR needs when you need it.

 

An HR partner from dinHR knows HR from A to Z, and gives you access to HR competence both on short and long term basis. dinHR can be hired on a hourly and-/or project basis, or with a fixed frequency based on number of hours or mabye also a specific day of the week. HR for hire can be arranged for to cover a temprary leave of absence.

dinHR AS also offers Career Counseling Program / Outplacement Program, both individual and group programs, including both online course and individual coaching. When employees have to quit their jobs, they get a new job faster when they are offered a career counseling program.

 

 

dinHR works mainly remotely, and have long experience and tools for this approach. Physical presence on site by appointment. For larger assignments and projects dinHR has access to a wide network of partners.
